Goods:
The goods / products supplied by wentwear.com are condered by Went Wear are items of clothing and as such are subject to wear and tear, furthermore mis-use of the product can lead to damage to the product and injury to the user.
Payment:
The total price for products, including shipping, will be displayed to the customer before payment and confirmation email will be sent to the customer after payment. This email to the customer may be delivered to the customers Junk or Spam folder in their email account.
Payment in full must be received in full before any goods can be dispatched.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Wentwear.com will supply a quote if requested, however in this case payment maybe requested via a different payment system to Stripe.
Our contract
When you place an order to purchase product(s) from Went Wear, an “Order Confirmation” email containing the details of the order will be sent to you.
Your order represents an offer to Went Wear to purchase product(s) which is accepted by us when we send Shipment Notification e-mail to confirm to you that we’ve fulfilled the order and shipped the product(s) to you – this email may go into a Spam or Junk folder of your email account.
Until the Shipment Notification email is sent, all offers are ‘invitation to treat’ only, acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Shipment Notification email to you.
While every effort will be made to supply the customer with their chosen product, stock levels may not allow for this, in this case Went Wear will contact the customer via email and or mobile phone to apraise the customer of the situation. In the case the customers chosen product is not available, the customer can chose any other product of the same value of the original product, if the replacement product is available or get a full refund. Went Wear reserve the right to substitute goods of similar size and value or refund the purchase if contact cannot be made with the customer.
Shipping and Delivery
Currently Went Wear only ship to the Republic of Ireland, this is subject to change in the future. It may be possible to ship our Goods to other locations, however this will be at the discretion of Went Wear and subject to an increased shipping charge. In this case, the cost of shipping of goods will require a written agreement between the customer and Went Wear. The extra shipping cost will need to be made via a different payment system (i.e. Revolut) and must be paid in full before shipping. The customer will be responsible for any extra Customs and VAT charges applied to the shipment.
Went Wear use AnPost Standard Post for shipping. The charge for shipping will be shown at the final checkout stage before final submission.
The shipping charge shown is a standard charge and does not include tracking and does not constitute a guarantee of delivery date from the time you have placed an order.
Due to the part-time nature of Went Wear, orders will be dispatched on a weekly basis and an email will be sent to the customer once the order has been fulfilled with An Post.
Went Wear are not responsible for delays or loss of Goods created by An Post or damage caused during shipping.
Damages/shortages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery.

Irish Orders over a value of €130 are shipped free of charge unless otherwise stated.
Goods:
The Utility aspect of the Elliam apron is currently patent pending in Ireland and United States of America. The term 'Velcro' is used by Went Wear as a commonly known generic reference to products that are also known as ‘Hoop and Loop tape’. Velcro is a protected term, that is owned by the Velcro IP Holdings LLC. Products developed and goods sold by Went Wear may or may not use actual Velcro products, however any hook and loop tape used Went Wear goods will be of a similar quality to Velcro.
Copyright:
The images contained on the Wentwear.com website are copyrighted to Michael Cremins, except for the images and information for the Port West Foam Knee Pad. The images and wording on the Wentwear website may not be used without express written permission.
Trademarks:
The name and logo of Went Wear are trademarked. The name Velcro is trademark and you may not use these trademarks without express written permission.
Cancellation procedure:
The customer is free to cancel any order before the order has been fulfilled, free of charge.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (CRD), any goods purchased online can be returned for any reason within 14 working days for a refund, and then returned within a further 14 days. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for unwanted products.
Cancellation requests must be sent to info@wentwear.com with the ‘Order Confirmation’ order reference number in the subject field header and the word ‘CANCEL’.
Any shipping costs for cancelled orders must be paid by the customer, except in instances where the goods supplied are faulty, have been supplied in error, or are miss-described by the seller.
Orders cannot be cancelled where the goods have been altered by the customer in any way from the original condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returned goods must be in their original condition and in suitable packaging. If you decide that you do not wish to keep a product, the product can be shipped back at the customers expense. The average cost for return for an Apron and Foam Knee Pads is €6
Returns and Refunds
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed within 28 days and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customer’s account.
Please note:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.
Faulty Goods:
If a good develops a fault, the customer must email detailed photos of the fault to Went Wear at info@wentwear.com with the ‘Order Confirmation’ order reference number in the subject field header and the word ‘FAULT’.
Using the photos supplied, Went Wear can inspect the issue and determine if the product can be repair or replaced. Went Wear may request more photos of the fault to be sent to info@wentwear.com
There is one specific exception to faults to the ‘Elliam’ apron which will not be covered at Went Wear’s cost. This is damage at the point where the leg covers are attached to the apron body. Damage to this point can only be caused by the user of the product not putting or having the knee pads in a suitable position when using the apron, thus resulting in excessive stress on the apron body causing damage.
For all other faults, the product;
· May be repaired and returned to the customer at Went Wears cost
· Replaced at Went Wears cost
· Refunded if a replacement is not available
Faulty goods can be returned via AnPost standard delivery, and the return cost will be refunded to the customer. Went Wear cannot arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods.
This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition or if the fault is due to misuse by the customer / user.
